The first – ‘Vital Skills’ – is suitable for beginner and experienced cooks who want to learn to prepare low-carb, wholesome and delicious food that can help prevent or manage type 2 diabetes. The course features a combination of demonstrations and cook along activities as well as nutritional advice, coaching and support. You will learn a portfolio of vital, seasonal and delicious dishes, snacks and baked goods.

The second course – ‘Man with a Pan’ – teaches older and sometimes isolated men to prepare delicious, stress-free, affordable and healthy meals in fun and supportive environment. You will be sent all the recipes and an ingredient and prep list in advance to give you time to source the ingredients and prepare some things in advance.
